Weel Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Weel web application and mobile application ("Weel" or the "Service"). By accessing or using Weel, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.

1. Introduction

Weel is a platform designed to facilitate the creation and management of prescription deliveries. Pharmacies and/or courier companies can use the Weel web application to create orders, and couriers and/or drivers can use the Weel mobile application to pick up and deliver prescriptions to patients.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a legally binding agreement to use Weel. By using Weel, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

3. Account Registration

To use Weel, pharmacies, couries and drivers must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information as necessary to keep it accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login information and for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Account Registration

Paddle provides us with certain non-personal information relating to purchases made by visitors to the Website. The non-personal information may include details of the purchase such as the date, amount paid, and product purchased. The non-personal purchase information may be linked to the Personal Information you provide to us (typically limited to your email address, as stated above). Paddle does not supply us with any of your other Personal Information such as your name, street address, or credit card information.

4. Use of the Service

4.1 Pharmacies

Pharmacies may use the Weel web application to:

  • Create and manage prescription delivery orders.
  • Provide necessary prescription information for delivery.
  • Manage delivery details for orders.
4.2 Courier Companies

Courier companies may use the Weel web application to:

  • Create and manage prescription delivery orders.
  • Provide necessary prescription information for delivery.
  • Manage delivery details for orders.
  • Manage driver details
4.3 Drivers

Drivers may use the Weel mobile application to:

  • View available delivery orders.
  • Accept and manage delivery tasks.
  • Update the status of deliveries.

5. User Responsibilities

5.1 General Responsibilities
  • You are responsible for your use of Weel and for any content you provide, including compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations.
  • You must not use Weel for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
5.2 Pharmacies
  • Ensure that all prescription information provided is accurate and complete.
  • Verify the identity of patients receiving prescriptions when required.
5.3 Courier Companies
  • Ensure that all employees are using the application as intended.
  • Verify the driver information is correct.
5.4 Drivers
  • Ensure timely and secure delivery of prescriptions.
  • Maintain professionalism and adhere to any applicable delivery regulations.
  • Maintain all College of Pharmacy delivery standards.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose.
  • Engage in any activity that interferes with or disrupts the Service.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its related systems or networks.
  • Share any information regarding the application or their users to parties not authorized.

7. Intellectual Property

Weel and its entire contents, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, and audio, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof) are owned by Weel or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to access and use the Service for its intended purposes.

8. Privacy

Your use of Weel is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms. Please review the Privacy Policy to understand our practices.

9. Termination

Weel reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at any time, for any reason, without notice. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Service and delete any copies of Weel materials in your possession.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Weel and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your use or inability to use the Service; (b) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein; (c) any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Service; (d) any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through our Service by any third party; (e) any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage incurred as a result of the use of any content posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available through the Service; and/or (f) the defamatory, offensive, or illegal conduct of any third party.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and any action related thereto will be governed by the laws of Canada without regard to its conflict of laws provisions.

Weel may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on the Service. You are advised to review these Terms periodically for any changes. Changes to these Terms are effective when they are posted on this page.
